WIN10 PC Creator Update preview version 14986 push update content Rollup

Update Rendering Technology

Narrator improvements::

Narrator has a new feature that gives you more information on fonts, colors, line spacing, margins, and more.

Now set the default level for the narrator feature named "Context aware" to 2.

The narrator gets the shortcut keys for advanced information about the focus item has changed from CAPS Lock + F to Caps Lock + 0.

We fixed a problem from the most recent version, that is, when the focus is on the Start menu tile, narrator only says "There is no item in the view."
