Win10 How to turn on IIS services and how to open IIS Manager

First, open the IIS service

2. Select "Programs" and "Start or turn off Windows features" in the Control Panel and check the box in the pop-up dialog as follows:

Then click the OK button, wait for about 2 minutes after the WIN10 system will turn on the IIS services feature.

Second, open IIS Manager

Select System and security in the Control Panel, and then select Administrative Tools, such as:

Click on the red Circle section to open the IIS pipe, if you often need to open IIS Manager, you can right-click on the red circle, send to the desktop shortcut keys.
