Win10 icon exception, renamed, the icon does not display, the name is garbled.

Press the shortcut key win+r and enter%localappdata% in the Open Run window.

In the folder that opens, locate iconcache.db, and then delete it.

Right-click on the taskbar and click on "Task Manager" in the menu that pops up.

In Task Manager, locate Windows Explorer, right-click, and select Restart to rebuild the icon cache. When you restart Windows Explorer, the screen will be briefly black for a while, which is normal and does not need to panic.
