The main reason is that Win10iot does not support GB2312 encoding, and my host system default Chinese encoding is GB2312, so this error occurred, the correct way is to send data in the serial port (if there is Chinese), use UTF-8 encoding or Unicode encoding, The Win10iot also uses the corresponding encoding from the byte[] array to the corresponding encoded string, so that this error does not occur to me.
