• Right-click the computer (or this computer/computer)-manage-Device Manager, click View above, check "Show hidden Devices", and then locate the Microsoft Managed Network virtual adapter below the network adapter.

• Enable the adapter and then configure the virtual WiFi hotspot. If the configuration is complete and the WiFi hotspot is displayed, but you cannot connect to the network, try updating the driver for the wireless card. (via: Microsoft Help and Support)
