Online methods:

1. Group Policy: Local Security Policy Editor-Security Settings-local policy-Security Options-User Account Control: used to manage and approve built-in Administrator accounts. The attribute is changed to: Enabled

2. Registry: 1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System, FilterAdministratorToken. Double-click it and change the value to 1. 2) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System \ UIP. There is a default item on the right and its value is changed to 1.

In either of the two ways, you can enable cmd and Other Default roles that are no longer administrator.
