The Windows Defender service cannot be shut down in the service, it is the system itself and WIN10 set it to have to be serviced so it cannot be closed, it can be closed with Group Policy, and the Win10 family version does not have Group Policy capabilities, so Windows cannot be shut down Defender, but we can modify it through the registration form, as follows.

Step one: On the desktop after we press WIN+R, enter regedit in the Run box to open the registry;
Step Two: Then locate in the registry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender
Step three: Then we just right click on the right, select the new-dword (32-bit) value, as shown in the following figure;
Step four: Then we set the name to Disableantispyware, and double-click to assign a value of 1 on it;
Step five: Click on the confirmation to restart the computer or directly using the attachment of the reg file to import the registry.
