1 found that it does not support the win 10 system, so you need to open the Oracle Client 11g installation package directory to locate the Cvu_prereq.xml file in the/STAGE/CVU directory .

2 then add the following in this file

If you are installing a 32-bit, then change the 64-bit to 32-bit after saving!
