Open Internet Information Services Manager--FTP site create a new FTP site, according to the wizard created, note the following two diagram options

Must choose to isolate the user;

1. Add an FTP account to the window user group after selecting done

2. Then create folder folder in root directory the same name as the FTP account name

3. Login FTP account password is the user group inside the FTP account password
