Workaround:
Resolve IIS7.5 The Web site cannot read the configuration file because of improper permissions settings:
1. In Server computer Management, create a new site user for anonymous access to the site, such as a user name of 365aixue




When a new site is created in 2.iis7.5, there is a "connect to ..." below the physical path, set to a new 365aixue for a specific user after the point is opened



Select the Web site in 3.iis7.5, select Authentication in the functional view on the right, and edit anonymous authentication as the new 365aixue



4. Add read and Modify permissions for 365aixue users in the disk Web site Directory

5. Value is the hard disk page directory permissions to set the Web page Web directory superior directory permissions (for some reason)
