Idea: Create a thread inside the startup window and set the timer to close the window.

Creating a window several steps are the same as a normal window, registering, then CreateWindow, then Showwinodw, and then message looping.

After CreateWindow, gets to the window handle. Then using the SetTimer function, the parameters are passed into the window handle, the timer ID, the time, and the timer callback function.

Add the Destroy window code to the callback function.
