Solving method
First, try to enter Safe mode, to see if there will be a blue screen.
Second, if the Windows7 system security mode is not blue screen, then we can try to clean boot.
1. Log on to the computer using an account with administrator privileges.
2. Press Win+r, enter Msconfig in the Run box, and press ENTER to start the System Configuration Utility.
3. On the General tab, click Selective Startup, and then click to clear the Load Startup items check box.
4. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable All.
5. On the Startup tab, click Disable All.
6. Click OK, and then click Restart.
To get back to normal mode, just click Normal Startup on the General tab.
Third, recall the problem before whether to add, delete, changed what program or driver.
It is recommended that you repair the system files or repair the installation.
Click the Start menu, enter CMD in the search box, then right-click CMD, run as Administrator, enter Sfc/scannow, press ENTER, and repair system files.
