I don't know if we've ever met a Win7. System boot Prompt "Group Policy Client service failed to log in. Access denied. The following figure:

Don't worry, the following is the solution (by setting in the registry):

The service is automatically run by default, which can cause this problem if some Third-party applications have modified the user profile permissions. We can resolve this by adding permissions.

When you turn on or reboot the computer, keep clicking on the F8 button, pop-up "Advanced Startup Options" window, use the arrow on the keyboard to move the white highlight bar Select "Safe Mode", and then press ENTER.

Login to the problem user account, record the user name, we will use the following. (For example: Ekbtest)

PS: If you are unable to enter Safe mode, you may need to try a key restore or repair the operating system with a repair disc.

After entering safe mode, open Start-run, type the command regedit.exe, and then press ENTER to open Registry Editor.

In Registry Editor, locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER and right-click to select Permissions.

After the Permissions dialog window pops up, click the Add button.

In the "Object name" column, enter the user name you just recorded, and click OK.

Back to the Permissions window, there is one more user ekbtest in the group or user name, and the default is selected. Click the check box after full control of the rights bar, and then press OK to save the settings.

Similarly, we add a user named "System" and set Full Control permissions.

Then quit Registry Editor and restart the computer. Now the problem should be solved!
