Win7 can't install printer driver properly

This is caused by not starting the Print Spooler service. In the Windows 7 operating system, click Start-Control Panel-system and security-administrative tools, and double-click the Services icon in the Administrative Tools window. Click to select any service in the Services window, press the "P" key on the keyboard, and then locate the "Print Spooler" service in the list of services and double-click the "Print Spooler" service (Figure 1). In the Print spooler properties (local computer) window, make sure that the startup type is set to Automatic, and then click the Start button to confirm it (Figure 2).
