Solution:
Step one: Open "Computer", locate the "C:/windows/system32/logfiles" folder, right-click to select "Properties";
The second step: click on the "Security" option, select "Advanced";
The third step: click the "owner" option, select "Edit";
Fourth step: Select the current account used "AAA", click OK;
Fifth Step: Pop-up option box click "OK;"
Sixth step: Click the "Start Menu", right click on "Computer" to choose "Management" go to step seventh;
Seventh Step: Select the "service" option;
Eighth step: Find the Service "Remote Access Auto Connection managerremote", if not open, click the right button, select "Start";
Step Nineth: Confirm that the service "Access Connection Manager" is turned on, if it is not turned on, click the right button, select "Start";
Tenth step: Confirm the Service "Telephony" is in the open state, if not open, click the right button, select "Start";
11th Step: Get the "c:windowssystem32logfiles" folder permissions and ensure that the above services are all open, you can resolve the broadband Dial 711 error.
