Open port: Opens "Windows Firewall" in Control Panel, click "Advanced Settings" on the left

Right-click Inbound rules and choose New Rule from the shortcut menu

Select port in the rule type to create and click the Next button

Enter the port number you want to turn on, such as "11901" click "Next"

Select "Allow Connection" and click "Next"

Can be selected by default "domain" "private" "Public", click "Next"
