Q: When I play movie video under Windows7 Ultimate X64, whatever format will be blue screen, error code "0x00000124". Decoder, player does not, change the drive, memory also no use. Also tried on different computers, still blue screen. Excuse me, where is the problem, how to solve?

A: The 64-bit Windows7 can play most of the videos directly using Potplayer x64. You can uninstall the installed decoder first and then play the video directly with Potplayer x64 to see if it will be blue screen.

If you still have a blue screen, reload Windows7 and try again. If you are installing additional decoding packs under Windows7, it is recommended that you install the X64 version of Windows 7 Codecs x64 components.
