1. See if the remote connection has been opened: computer-Properties-remote settings.

2. if it is turned on or not, find the start---run-enter gpedit.msc, open Registry Editor, and then locate the menu, Computer Configuration---Administrative Template-system-credential assignment----allow the allocation of saved credentials for NTLM Server Authentication

3. If the above set up or not

gpedit.msc Computer configuration → window settings → security settings → security options → network access: local account sharing and security model → set to classic-Authenticate local users, do not change the original identity
