Win7 system establishes a virtual WiFi method to support WP7 Systems/Android Systems/Notebooks

The host settings are as follows:

1, as an administrator to run the command prompt: To shortcut key win+r combination open the Run window → and then enter cmd→ carriage return (open cmd window) or click start → all programs → accessories → command prompt

2, enable and set virtual WiFi network card: In the command prompt input: netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow SSID=WUMINPC Key=wuminwifi

This command has three parameters, and the corresponding parameter means:

Mode: Enable virtual WiFi network card (disallow) and disable it instead.

SSID: Wireless network name, preferably in English (this article takes WUMINPC as an example).

Key: Wireless network password, more than eight characters (this article takes Wuminwifi as an example).

The above three parameters can be used alone, such as using only Mode=disallow to disable the virtual WiFi card directly as shown in Figure one:

Once successful, the network connection will have one more card for "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter" Wireless connection 2, for convenience, rename it to virtual WiFi. If not, just update the wireless network card driver is OK. As shown in Figure II:

3. Set up Internet Connection Sharing: In the Network Connections window, right-click a network connection that is connected to the Internet (a broadband connection is a network that your computer is using, a routed network can also), select "Properties" → "share", and "allow others." Connect (N) and select "Virtual WiFi". As shown in Figure three:

Once identified, the "shared" word appears next to the shared network card icon, indicating that the broadband connection has been shared to virtual WiFi. As shown in Figure four:

4, open the wireless network:

Continue running at the command prompt: netsh wlan start hostednetwork

(You can turn off the wireless network by changing start to stop, and then turn on the wireless network once it is turned on) as shown in Figure V:

At this point, the virtual WiFi Red Fork disappeared, the WiFi base station has been set up, the host is completed. Notebook, with WiFi module mobile phone and other WUMINPC search to wireless network, input password Wuminwifi, you can share the internet! As shown in Figure VI:
