Source: http://jingyan.baidu.com/article/295430f13ed7d80c7e005088.html if Ubuntu is not installed in Wubi, then you should be cautious when uninstalling Ubuntu, not simply deleting the Ubuntu partition, or you will find that your Windows system is not getting in. That's because if you install Ubuntu when you write grub to the MBR, which is/DEV/SDA, (if you get a gurb menu every time you start up, the instructions are written to the MBR). So when you uninstall Ubuntu, you rewrite the MBR to remove the Ubuntu gurb.

The correct way to remove Ubuntu is as follows:

1th step, repair MBR

1. Go to win7, download the software mbrfix, and put it in the C:\windows\system32 folder.

2. Click on "All Programs" in the "accessories" command prompt

3. At the command prompt, enter mbrfix/drive 0 fixmbr/yes

4. Now that the MBR has been repaired, restart your computer and you will see that there is no Linux boot option to go directly to Windows.

2nd step, remove Ubuntu

Under Win7, on the computer (computer), right-click Management (Manage), Disk Management (diskmanagement):

There are 2 no volume label names (the volume label name is the drive letter, such as c:,d:,e:,...) The primary partition (Primarypartition) is the Ubuntu partition,

The window color of the primary partition is dark blue.

One is the swap partition, which is about the size of the machine's physical memory and the other is the root partition, which is the same size as the one you assigned to it.

Right-click on each of the 2 partitions, select Delete Volume (Deletevolume), and after deleting the volume, the partition window color will change to green and merged into a single window.

If you don't want to install Ubuntu, you can create an extended partition on this unknown partition, format it, assign the label, and use it for Win7.

If you want to install Ubuntu, then delete the partition and then do not have any action.
