Win7 How to configure a static IP address
Step one: You need to obtain your IP address from the network administrator.
Click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the operating system screen and select "Control Panel" to find the "View network status and Tasks" option
1, click "View network Status and Tasks" to enter the network and Sharing Center
2, click on the right "connection: Wired Ethernet Connection" or "Connection: Local Connection"
3, click "Properties"
4. Double-click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4)
5, under General, select Use the following IP address, enter "IP address: 10.10.*.#", "Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0" "Default gateway: 10.10.*.254", and then select "Use the following DNS server address" and enter " Preferred DNS servers: 10.1.1.12 and alternate DNS servers: 202.189.127.108, then click OK to complete all settings.
