Method/Step
1. In the Start program, open the Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel, click the "program" option.
3. Under the program option, click "Turn on or off Windows features". Restart the Telnet client service.
4. In the Open dialog box, locate the Telnet client and tick. Then click "OK" and wait a few minutes and the system will open Telnet Client service for you.
5. To verify that the Telnet Service command is successful, you can test it at the cmd command line, and you will not be prompted to find the Telnet command again.
