Win7 how the vertical sync effect of the NVIDIA video card closes

1. Ensure that the full version of the graphics driver is installed in your Win7 operating system, right-click the desktop, and select the Independent Graphics Control Panel in the right-click menu.

2. Eject the graphics driver Control Panel and choose Manage 3D settings.
