Win7 how to set up and turn on WiFi hotspots

Steps/Methods

First, make sure your computer has wireless enabled.

After opening, enter the command: netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=livdran2012 key=100100100.

Key: Wireless network password, limit more than eight characters. (This penalty is 100100100 for example, it can be set freely)

Press ENTER to run when you have finished entering the command.

After running successfully, open the network and Sharing Center, click on the left to change the adapter settings.

Entering the adapter settings, you will find that there is one more network card for the "Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter" Wireless Internet connection 2. If not, try updating the wireless card driver.

For convenience, you can rename your wireless network connection 2 to virtual WiFi.

In a network connection, right-click a network connection that is connected to the Internet, select Properties → share, check "Allow other network users to connect (N) through this computer's Internet connection" and select "Virtual WiFi".

Once identified, the "shared" word appears next to the shared network card icon, indicating that the broadband connection has been shared to virtual WiFi.

Then, continue typing in the command prompt: Netsh wlan start hostednetwork and press ENTER to run.

Finally, the virtual WiFi Red fork disappears, the WiFi base station has been set up and started, with WiFi-enabled devices to search for their established wireless network (as in the case of livdran2012), enter their own settings password (for example, 100100100), you can share the Internet.

Virtual WiFi based on the Win7 system, the premise of sharing a network via virtual WiFi is the need to turn on the computer to connect to the network.

The network condition of the WiFi device depends entirely on the network on which the computer is connected.
