Right click on the desktop, select "Personalized", click the "Change Desktop Icon", the Recycle Bin in front of the hook.
Other systems, try the following methods:
1. Click Start to run and type "regedit" in "Open" to run Registry Editor;
2. Expand the registry sequentially to: Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionexplorerhidedesktopiconsnewstartpanel;
3. In the right pane, right-click the "645ff040-5081-101b-9f08-00aa002f954e" DWORD value and choose Modify;
4. In the Value data box, type a value of 0, and then click OK; 5. Quit Registry Editor. If the above procedure does not help, then under the "Hkey_local_machinesoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionexplorerdesktopnamespace" registry key, create a new name named " 645ff040-5081-101b-9f08-00aa002f954e registry key, then right-click the new registry key, and in the right pane, double-click the (default) item, type "Recycle Bin" in the Value data box, and click OK.
