Win7 How Word documents are inserted in a SmartArt graphic under the system

1, will be placed in the appropriate position, switch to the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click the SmartArt button, open the Select SmartArt Graphic dialog box;

2. Select "Process" in the list to the left of the "Select SmartArt Graphic" dialog box, select the "Basic Process" icon on the right, and click OK;

3, insert the "basic process" by default there are 3 sets of graphics, select the last set of graphics, and click the Drop-down button on the right side of add shape in the Create graphic group in the SmartArt Tools Design tab, and click Add Shape in the expanded list to add a new shape to the right of the last shape;

4. Switch to the Design tab, click the Change Color button in the SmartArt Styles group, expand the list of color styles, and select one.
