Win7 keypad NumLock key failure to open recovery method

First, on the keyboard while holding down the Win+r key, open the WIN7 System Run dialog box. Then enter the OSK command in the Run dialog box and press ENTER to open the Win7 on-screen Keyboard.

On the Open Screen Keyboard, click "Options" with the mouse in the interface shown in the following figure. Then, in the Open Options window, check the "open numeric Keypad" and then click the OK button.
