Win7 not open CHM file solution Tutorial

1. Right-click CHM file, select Properties

2. Under the General tab there is a "security" and click on the "Unlock" button at the back. If you do not have this button, skip.

3. If you do not have the Unlock button, copy the following to Notepad, and then click File > Save As.

4. Save as a file in. reg format, and then double-click Import.
