use Windows Update or other software to perform a system patch update or bug fix, reboot or shutdown, and then boot unable to enter the operating system, prompting the system to repair the interface.

If the customer is Win7 operating system, power-on press F8, select "Last Known Good Configuration", enter the operating system, after entering the system, it is recommended to temporarily turn off automatic Updates or do not update any patches in the near future.

　　Programme II:
If the customer is an Win7 operating system, you can also enter System Restore via system repair (note that the machine will revert to the use state of the restore point when the restoration is successful, such as the recent installation of important programs, please consider backup first), as follows:

Press F8, enter the advanced startup option for Windows 7, and select "Fix Computer";

Select the keyboard input method;

If you have an administrator password, you need to enter, if you do not set the password, click "OK" directly;

After entering the system Recovery option, select the second "System Restore", go in, select the restore point, and follow the on-screen instructions.

　　back up the personal important data on your hard disk (such as the documents on your desktop, the data in my Documents, and so on), and then restore the operating system using the machine's own one-click Recovery feature or the system installation CD.
