Younger brother Win7 system, my colleagues in the evening to visit my PC database is not successful, according to the method provided online, set up a firewall, put access to 1521-port inbound and outbound, the result is not even.
Painful old long time later, check the Oracle monitoring configuration, found that only heard 127.0.0.1 this local IP, the LAN IP on my computer is not listening, so try to add on the inside of this machine intranet IP, and set different port number, after that, the intranet can visit.
Set steps
1, modify listener monitoring configuration, increase intranet IP and listening port
Open the Listener.ora file and modify the contents as follows
LISTENER =
(Description_list =
(DESCRIPTION =
(address = (PROTOCOL = IPC) (KEY = EXTPROC1521))
(address = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = 127.0.0.1) (PORT = 1521))
(address = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = 192.168.1.102) (PORT = 1521))
)
)
2. Reboot Oracle Listener
3, the system firewall to add 1522 Configure Port Inbound rules
Control Panel-> System and security->windows firewall-> Advanced Settings

Remote inability to access Oracle solutions under the WIN7 system
A new WIN7 system was installed and oracle11g was installed under WIN7.
Problem Description:
On the local (WIN7 system) access to Oracle all normal, including the use of IP or machine name to configure the network service name, you can test success. However, to switch to another machine, when the network service name is configured, no matter how it is done, the connection cannot be successful, prompting the following information (figure):
Connecting ... Ora-12170:tns: Connection Timeout
The test did not succeed.
Online Search Solutions:
Include adding Use_shared_socket to the Registry "= TRUE" option;
Modify the database run mode to "shared server mode";
Modify the name in the TNSNames file (using IP or using the native machine name);
However, either way, the remote computer still cannot connect.

Actual Use Method:
Close all firewalls and connect Oracle successfully.
Action path:
Control Panel-->windows Firewall--> turn firewall on or off-> shut down the firewall.
--
If you do not want to shut down the firewall but want to open Oracle's ports:
Control Panel-->windows firewall-> Advanced Settings
Click on "Inbound rules" to update the interface, click on the right "new rules",
At this point, open the New Inbound Rule Wizard, select the Port option, and configure it according to the prompts, OK.
