First, delete the configuration file
If the wireless device always appears to be in connection or is getting an IP address, it is always unable to connect successfully. You can try to delete a wireless profile that is saved on your computer, while ensuring that the DHCP functionality of the router is turned on.
Delete method: Click on the computer in the lower right corner of the wireless signal icon, click on "Open Network and Sharing Center", find and click "Management of Wireless Network", in the display of the network list, find the router signal, right Select and click "Delete Network."
Second, confirm the wireless name
The connection error signal will cause the connection to be unsuccessful, please confirm the wireless signal name (SSID number).
Confirm method: Through the wired computer to connect and login to the Router management interface, click on the wireless Settings >> Basic settings to view the SSID. As shown in the following illustration:
After confirming the signal name, re-click the wireless signal, confirm the search for the wireless signal is the signal of their own router, try to connect again.
Third, confirm the wireless password
Entering the wrong wireless password will also cause the connection to be unsuccessful, please confirm the wireless password.
Confirm method: Connect through the wired computer and login to the Router management interface, click Wireless Settings >> Wireless security settings to confirm the wireless password. As shown in the following illustration:
Four, turn off wireless MAC address filtering
Wireless MAC address filtering on the router, the improper setting of the rules will cause the wireless connection to be unsuccessful, and it is recommended that the feature be temporarily disabled.
Set up method: Through the wired computer to connect and login to the router management face, click Wireless Settings >> Wireless MAC address filtering to turn off the wireless MAC address filtering function. As shown in the following illustration:
Five, cancel wireless encryption
If the password is entered correctly but cannot be connected, it is recommended that you remove the encryption and test whether the connection is successful without encryption.
Setup method: Connect and log on to the router management side through the wired computer, click Wireless Settings >> Wireless security settings, choose not to turn on wireless security, and then save >> reboot. As shown in the following illustration:
When the reboot is complete, the wireless terminal attempts to connect to the signal.
