Office workers often share a computer situation, each person has their own account, password, but the hard disk is shared, there is no privacy to say. So how do you realize that different disk characters are exclusive to different accounts (for example, e-disk only account 2 can access)? This paper takes the Win7 system as an example, introduces the concrete realization method.
Tutorial Steps Method
Make sure there are at least two accounts in the Win7 system, otherwise setting up the hard drive alone is meaningless.
Determine which account (for example, account 2) is exclusive of which letter (for example, e disk).
Right-click on the E disk letter and select the Properties Pop-up Properties dialog box.
Into the security key, click Edit
Only "Account 2" is retained in "group or Account", all others are deleted (click "Delete" when the mouse is selected).
Delete the interface after other accounts:
The mouse selects "Account 2" and allows full control in the "Account 2 Permissions".
E-Disk exclusive settings complete. At this time with "account 2" log in, normal access to E disk, for other users to log on, you can not access.
In the same way, you can set multiple disk characters, multiple accounts, such as: D disk only allow account 1 access, E disk only allow account 2 access, and so on. In this way, each account has its own separate storage space, both to share the computer, but also to protect privacy
