Win7 Remote Desktop Connection not on (the user name does not match the full name of the problem)

The user name is inconsistent with the user's full name. I have just been this problem, tossing enough for a long time.
You first look at the computer right → management → local Users and groups → users   find you need remote Administrator account, to see if the name and full names are consistent, if inconsistent, continue to look below.
1. Press "Windows Key + R" to paste "rundll32 Netplwiz.dll Usersrundll" into the running window that pops up.
2. Modify your user's full name to match your user name.
