Win7 screen has residue option or icon refresh to not go out how to solve

People in the process of using a computer sometimes encounter the computer desktop has an option or icon or other content can not shut down, refresh display can not be removed, in response to this situation this article brings you two kinds of methods, these two methods are my own hands-on verification, I hope to help everyone!

Method One: Adjust the screen resolution

(1) Right-click on the desktop to select "screen resolution", as shown in the following illustration:

(2) Temporarily reduce the resolution and click the "Apply" or "OK" button, as shown in the picture:

(3) In the pop-up dialog box, click the "Restore" button, then the screen will automatically refresh once, in the refresh will brush off the screen residue options or pictures what things, operation as shown:

Method Two: Create a new Explorer process in Task Manager

Start Task Manager, which you can start with the following methods:

(1) In the desktop taskbar, right-click the mouse, select Task Manager, as shown in the figure:

(2) Hold down "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "ESC" shortcut keys to pull up Task Manager

Find the "explorer.exe" process on the Processes tab, and then right-click to select "End Process Tree" to end the screen display after the process tree disappears, and don't panic, you can press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC again to bring up the task manager. Perform the 3rd step, as shown in the following illustration:

From the File menu, choose New Task, as shown in the following illustration:

(4). Enter "Explorer" in the Open text box of the pop-up Create new Task form, and then click on the "OK" button to remove any remaining options or pictures on the screen.
