Win7 system lol Mall can't open how to solve?

1, open the "IE" browser.

2, the upper right corner to open the "Settings" icon.

3, select Internet Options.

4, select "Delete" in the "Browsing history" column.

5, all the options tick, as shown in the picture, select "Delete"

6, before returning to the page select "Privacy", the "select Internet Locale" to "medium."

7, select "Advanced", the "use of SSL3.0" and "use TLS1.0" tick in the settings bar. Select OK to close the page.

8, restart the computer, login game.
