WIN7 system Parental Controls cannot be turned on. Can't control the time the kids surf the Internet

1. Click Start, enter Parental controls in the command box and click Parental Controls in the command line result set, as shown in the following illustration:

2. In the Parental Control dialog box, click the Create new user account in the middle. Then in the pop-up Create User window, type the name of the new user child, and click Create Account button to complete. As shown in the following illustration, a user called a child is created for your child, and your computer should have two accounts, one for your parent's account and another for your child.

3, don't forget to modify your parental password Oh, just in the Control Panel, click Add or Remove user accounts, click the parent account (System administrator), click the Change password, enter your new password and finally click the change password.
