Today, a number of public places of entertainment specifically to facilitate people's access to the Internet to open a free wireless internet. However, users of Windows 7 systems may encounter a wide range of problems when they surf the internet, possibly with some software conflicts, or problems with wireless management settings.
Now let's take the example of wireless sharing of the internet between two computers. Prerequisite configuration: Host two network cards (local network card, wireless network card), extension (wireless network card).
Action steps are as follows:
1. The host local network card connection properties Check "Allow others to share Internet connections" under the "Sharing" tab;
Allow others to share an Internet connection
2. The host connects the local Connection network (Campus network or broadband all line);
3. The host wireless network card properties Change ipv4,ip:192.168.0.1 subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 default gateway: 192.168.0.1 First DNS server: 192.168.0.1 spare not fill, click OK.
4. Extension of the same wireless network card properties to change the IPv4, and the host is different from the IP 192.168.0.X (X can be except 1 of any number of 0~255), the other numeric settings and the host consistent.
5. The host establishes the wireless network (if has "the Internet Connection Sharing" all may), the extension connects wirelessly then realizes the shared host's Internet connection. (Note: If the above settings are correct and the sharing is not possible, the ICS service is not open, follow these steps):
(1) Right-click My Computer---manage---services and applications---services---internetconnectionsharing (ICS).
(2) Right-click to select Properties---Startup Type select Automatic (boot automatically)---Click the "Start" button below (verify that the current settings can open the service).
(3) If the prompt fails to start some of the services that are dependent on ICS are not started, click on the "Dependencies" tab in the attribute, and then locate the 4 services in the Service management list, set to the automatic startup type as before, and click "Start" to try to open the service, if the service cannot be opened, Continue to find the dependency service for the service until all 4 services that are dependent on ICS are turned on to open the ICS service.
