This error message is clear because of the Windows Installer problem, the solution is as follows:
1, first enable the Windows Installer service. On the start-> run-> input services.msc, open the Services management interface. Locate the Windows Installer service and set the startup type to Automatic, and click on the service status "Start" button.
2, then find c:windowssystem32 under the Cmd.exe file, the right mouse click and select "Run as Administrator";
3, in the Command line window input:
regsvr32 msi.dll
and enter, prompting "DllRegisterServer has succeeded in Msi.dll"
4, reinstall Office software again. Similarly, installing other software encounters the "error 1719" problem and is resolved as such.
Note: If you run the regsvr32 msi.dll command, the following error occurs:
The module "Msi.dll" has been loaded, but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with an error code of error code 0x80040201
Then there should be no "Run as administrator" error caused by insufficient permissions.
