Win7 system is maximized every time the page is opened

1, double-click IE to open the browser, this time the taskbar will appear on the Internet Explorer icon;

2, right click IE icon, click "Lock this program to the taskbar." This is the IE browser added to the taskbar;

3, add IE browser to the taskbar, right click on the taskbar on the IE icon, and then right click Internet Explorer, select "Properties";
