1. Check the hardware issues to troubleshoot connection errors and hardware corruption.
2. Troubleshoot hardware problems, consider whether the system lacks a sound card driver. Click the right mouse button on your computer and select Properties. Enter computer properties.
3. In the property page, click the Device Manager option on the left. As shown in the figure.
4. In Device Manager, all the hardware of the computer is listed, which contains the sound card driver information in the Audio video and game controller options. Click on the front of the small triangle with the mouse.
5. If a yellow question mark appears, the system lacks a sound card driver and requires you to download and install the driver to make the computer sound.
6. Download a universal sound card driver, after installation restart can restore the normal sound.
