As long as you modify the WINDOWS7 system's Group Policy with system administrator privileges, you can easily solve the above problems. First login to the system administrator permissions to enter the WINDOWS7 system, click "Start → run", Pop-up System Run dialog box to enter the "gpedit.msc" command, press ENTER, expand the System Group Policy Editing window, the edit window on the left list area, one by one, jump to " User Configuration → admin templates → Start menu and Taskbar branch, double-click the "Use grayed out Windows install Start menu Shortcut" option under the target branch, and expand the Options Settings dialog shown in Figure 1;
In the default state, the system will choose the "Not Configured" option, we should select the "Enabled" option in time, and then press the "OK" button to perform the setup save operation, and finally the WINDOWS7 system restart.
So, all the shortcut icons that appear in the System Start menu, as long as they fail, the system will automatically display them in a gray-not-dot state, while other shortcut icons are still displayed in black-dot state, so that when we delete the invalid icon, we don't have to click the validity of the test shortcut icon. Instead, you can quickly remove all invalid shortcut icons by using the CTRL key to select all of the gray-only shortcut icons at once, and then perform the delete command.
