Win7 the Network Neighborhood on the desktop is missing.

The network neighbor on the Win7 desktop is missing, and may have been deleted directly on the desktop. Now right-click on the desktop-personalization-Change the desktop icon, you can not find the Network Neighborhood. How do you get it back?
