Solution:

1, restart the computer to boot continuously click F8, choose to enter Safe mode.

2, Start-enter services.msc/s in the search field;

Pop-up User Account Control dialog box after the choice of consent to enter the local Service settings, find user Profile service services;

Double-click the Properties dialog box to set the startup type to Automatic;

When you are sure, restart your computer.

If the above operation is not valid, you can do the following:

1, press F8 into Safe mode.

2. Re-add a user account.

3, restart the computer to the new account login can be resolved.
