Rationale: The reason for the Red fork may be that the Win7 UI component is unable to properly receive a change in the state of the network connection, so it will return to normal by reconfiguring the network (after removing the network device after rebuilding).
Note that in the third step, you do not need to uninstall the "Microsoft virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter", which is attached to the wireless card. This virtual device will automatically disappear as soon as the wireless card device is uninstalled.
