Before the Windows system supports the ZIP file format, users are blaming Microsoft for "even this popular file format is not supported". And when Microsoft began to support zip-format files from Windows Vista, users felt that the feature was "dispensable", and some even thought it was simply "chicken ribs".
In Windows7 or Vista systems, when the system recognizes that a file with a zip format exists, the resource Manager automatically invokes the association, prompting the user to extract the files from the current zip package (Figure 1).
In this regard, some users believe that the Windows 7 system built in the zip file extraction function, the operation is not Winrara more convenient, so you would like to abolish this association.
In the Windows7 or Vista system, run the Registry Editor, which is set to the Hkey_classes_root/clsid/branch (Figure 2) and the Hkey_classes_root/clsid/branch (Figure 3). You can then delete the corresponding branch items.
