Loaded Configuration File C:\Windows\php.ini


PHP Directory C:\PHP
Zend installation directory C:\Program files\zend

PHP under the php.ini have copied to Windows, install Zend Optimizer when the php.ini in C:\Windows.

I made the following attempt:
1, several times uninstall installs Zend Optimizer, respectively tried php.ini under C:\Windows and C:\PHP;
2, check C:\PHP C:\Program files\zend directory permissions also no problem;
3, check php.ini after installing Zend Optimizer also have automatic add
