Win8 How to add music to a music application

To add music to the music application in Windows 8 release Preview, do the following:

1. On the computer's Windows 8 default screen, locate and click the desktop tile. You will then go to the classic desktop view.

2. Select Windows Explorer (the Manila folder next to the Internet Explorer icon).

3. Under "Library", select "Music".

4. Right-click Music and choose Properties.

5. Click "Add".

6. Music will be added to the folder you use to store music.

7. Click OK.

Note:

If the music content is stored externally (for example, on a USB flash drive or on an external hard disk), you can copy or move the content to any folder in the Location field of the library where the music application will get the content.
