1. Download the Office Customization Tool (OCT)

Everyone chooses 32-bit or 64-bit according to their version, followed by 64-bit as an example;

2. After downloading, run 64-bit "Admintemplates_64bit.exe", will prompt you to choose to extract folder, find a folder decompression can be like temp;

3. Enter your decompression Temp folder, enter the ADMX folder, copy the "outlk15.admx" File and "ZH-CN" folder to "C:windowspolicydefinitions", if your system disk is not C, please modify your own letter

4, press win key +r, enter "gpedit.msc" start Group Policy, as shown in the following figure, modify the path!

5. Delete the original Outlook account (note the backup data), create a new account, the data file is already in the location you modified.
