1, press the WIN+R key, open run, input gpedit.msc, click OK;

2. In the Local Group Policy Editor window, expand to the User Configuration Admin template Start menu and taskbar, locate on the right and double-click to open the "Prevent user from customizing" Start screen;

3, set it to "Enabled", click OK.
