The ISO format file is typically an ISO-mirrored file that compresses the CD file so that it can be burned as a CD-ROM feature.
But what if there's no optical drive?
No problem at all, the advantage of this format is that there is no need for a real optical drive to be installed.
With the virtual CD-ROM software can be, just small set up with an ISO format of the WIN8 system, today to tell you how to use virtual optical drive installation.
First download the WIN8 system installation file, which is the ISO image file mentioned above in the System encyclopedia.
Then next is the Internet download Daemon Tools lite Virtual CD-ROM software.
Install it after downloading.
Follow the prompts to install it under a disk letter that is convenient for you to use.
Maybe it's default is boot up, we can set it up.
After installation, we found that our computer has one more "optical drive".
OK, now start our virtual optical drive software.
Click on the lower left corner of the plus or directly WIN8 installation of the ISO file can be dragged in.
Then all you have to do is double click on it.
The discovery page becomes like this.
Now it's time to open My computer.
You can see this change:
Double-click to open it, you can see all the files inside it.
Then click into the source folder, find the Setup installer installation prompts to complete the installation!
